  • 2teaspoonsmustard powder

  • 2teaspoonsonion powder

  • 2teaspoonsgarlic powder

  • 1 ½teaspoonsdried basil

  • 1teaspoonground bay leaves

  • ¾teaspoonground coriander seed

  • ¾teaspoonground savory

  • ¾teaspoondried thyme

  • ¾teaspoonground black pepper

  • ¾teaspoonground white pepper

  • teaspoonground cumin

  • salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, mustard powder, onion powder, garlic powder, basil, bay leaves, coriander, savory, thyme, black pepper, white pepper, cumin, and salt. Store in an airtight jar at room temperature until ready to use.
