Cooking Directions

Whisk oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, black pepper, and meat tenderizer together in a bowl until well combined.
To Use:
Combine marinade and 2 pounds of your favorite meat in a resealable plastic bag; coat with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours.
