Ingredients

  • ½cupbrown sugar

  • ½cupbalsamic vinegar

  • ½cupsoy sauce

  • ¼cupolive oil

  • 2tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce

  • 2tablespoonssesame oil

  • 4clovesgarlic, chopped

  • ½teaspoonground black pepper

Cooking Directions

  1. Whisk brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and pepper together in a large bowl until sugar has dissolved.

To Use:

Pierce up to 4 pounds chicken pieces all over with a fork. Place chicken in a bowl with marinade and toss evenly to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight, then cook as desired.
