Cooking Directions

Grind pepper flakes, pepper, oregano, rosemary, basil, parsley, garlic powder, garlic, and salt together in a spice or coffee grinder.

Sprinkle 2 teaspoons herb mixture onto four small plates. Pour a thin layer of olive oil on top and serve. Store remaining herb mixture in an airtight container.
