Ingredients

  • 5tablespoonsmild paprika

  • 4tablespoonsfinely ground black pepper

  • 3tablespoonsground cumin

  • 2tablespoonsground coriander

  • 2tablespoonsground cinnamon

  • 2tablespoonsground cloves

  • 1tablespoonground cardamom

  • 1tablespoonground star anise

  • 1teaspoonground nutmeg

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine paprika, pepper, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, star anise, and nutmeg in a bowl and mix well. Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
