Ingredients

  • ½cupbutter

  • 1largeonion, chopped

  • 1(16 ounce) packagefrozen chopped broccoli

  • 1 ½cupscooked regular long-grain white rice

  • 1(10.5 ounce) can Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)

  • 1(8 fl oz) jarpasteurized process cheese sauce (like Cheez Whiz)

  • cupmilk

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Heat butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.

  3. Add broccoli to the skillet and cook until it’s tender-crisp, stirring occasionally. Stir in rice, condensed soup, cheese sauce, and milk. Cook and stir until cheese is melted. Pour broccoli-rice mixture into a 2-quart shallow baking dish.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven until the mixture is hot and bubbling, about 30 minutes.
