Ingredients

  • ½cupolive oil

  • ½cupred wine vinegar

  • 1 ½teaspoonsgarlic powder

  • 1 ½teaspoonsdried basil

  • 1 ½teaspoonsdried oregano

  • ¾teaspoonground black pepper

  • ¾teaspoonwhite sugar

  • 2 ½cupscooked elbow macaroni

  • 3cupsfresh sliced mushrooms

  • 15cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1cupsliced red bell peppers

  • ¾cupcrumbled feta cheese

  • ½cupchopped green onions

  • 1(4 ounce) canwhole black olives

  • ¾cupsliced pepperoni sausage, cut into strips

Cooking Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, basil, oregano, black pepper, and sugar. Add cooked pasta, mushrooms, tomatoes, red peppers, feta cheese, green onions, olives, and pepperoni. Toss until evenly coated. Cover, and chill 2 hours or overnight.
