Ingredients

  • 2largecucumbers, thinly sliced

  • 2tablespoonssalt

  • 1 ½cupswhite sugar

  • 1 ½cupsdistilled white vinegar

Cooking Directions

  1. Place cucumbers into a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.

  2. Rinse and drain cucumbers, pressing out as much water as possible. Place cucumbers back into the bowl and stir in sugar and vinegar. Cover and refrigerate for another 24 hours. Transfer to a freezer container and freeze.
