Ingredients

  • 1poundground turkey

  • ¼cupdry bread crumbs

  • 1onion, finely chopped

  • 1green onion, chopped

  • 1egg

  • 2clovesgarlic, minced

  • 2tablespoonsparsley paste

  • 1 ½tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce

  • 1tablespoonhot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco)

  • ½teaspoonsalt

  • cooking spray

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, onion, green onion, egg, garlic, parsley paste, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and salt together in a bowl. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray.

  3. Form turkey mixture into four patties; arrange in the prepared baking dish.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 30 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
