Ingredients

  • 1(8 ounce) packagecream cheese, softened

  • 1(14 ounce) cansweetened condensed milk

  • cuplemon juice

  • 1(9 inch)graham cracker pie crust

Cooking Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Mix in condensed milk until well blended. Add lemon juice and blend until smooth. Spoon mixture into pie crust.

  2. Chill in the refrigerator until set, 3 to 4 hours.
