Ingredients

  • 1 1/8cupswarm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

  • 3tablespoonshoney

  • 2tablespoonsvegetable oil

  • 1 1/2cupswhole wheat flour

  • 1 1/2cupsbread flour

  • 1/3teaspoonsalt

  • 1 1/2teaspoonsactive dry yeast

Cooking Directions

  1. Place water, honey, oil, whole wheat flour, bread flour, salt, then yeast into a bread machine in the order listed, or follow the order recommended by the manufacturer if different.

  2. Run Whole Wheat cycle, light color setting.

  3. Remove loaf from the machine after the cycle is done, about 3 hours.
