Eggcellent Instant Pot Jammy Eggs Recipe!

Not quite hard-boiled eggs, but these eggs have a solid soft white, with the yolk just beyond runny and not quite solid. Serve with toast if desired.

Ingredients

  • 6largeeggs

  • 1teaspooneverything bagel seasoning

Cooking Directions

  1. Pour 1 cup water into a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot). Place eggs on a trivet in the bottom of the pot. Close and lock the lid. Select low pressure according to manufacturer’s instructions; set timer for 8 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.

  2. Release pressure carefully using the quick-release method according to manufacturer’s instructions, about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid.

  3. Carefully remove eggs and place in an ice bath to cool, about 5 minutes.

  4. Peel eggs under a stream of cold water and place on a drip rack or lightly pat with a paper towel to dry.

  5. Cut eggs in half and garnish with bagel seasoning.
