Cooking Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 8×4-inch loaf pans.

Beat eggs lightly in a large bowl. Blend in sugar, oil, and vanilla. Mix in flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Stir in peaches and walnuts. Pour batter into the prepared pans.

Bake in the preheated oven until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean, about 1 hour.
