Cooking Directions

Whisk olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a bowl until well combined.
Tips
You can use 1 teaspoon dried parsley in place of the fresh parsley.
To Use:
Combine marinade and 8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs in a large glass or ceramic bowl. Toss until chicken is evenly coated, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to overnight. Cook chicken using desired method.
