Cooking Directions

Zest lemons until you have 1 tablespoon zest. Juice both lemons.

Combine lemon zest and juice with olive oil, garlic, paprika, cumin, coriander, pepper flakes, salt, turmeric, pepper, and cinnamon in a glass jar. Seal jar with a lid and shake vigorously to combine.
Cook’s Note
You can use about 3 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken with this marinade. Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours, or up to 8 hours, in a sealed container in the refrigerator. When ready to cook, discard marinade, and use your preferred method to cook chicken.
