Ingredients

  • 1(16 ounce) packagemedium shell pasta

  • 1poundsliced bacon

  • 4ripe Roma tomatoes, diced

  • 1smallred onion, chopped

  • 1 cup ranch dressing

  • 1/2teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper

  • 1headromaine lettuce, shredded (about 3 cups)

Cooking Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta, and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain, and rinse under cold water to cool.

  2. Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large deep skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crisp. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels; crumble and set aside.

  3. Combine pasta, 3/4 of the bacon, tomatoes, onion, ranch dressing, and pepper in a large bowl; toss to coat. Mix in lettuce. Top with remaining bacon.
