3cupsrotini pasta, uncooked

⅔cupmayonnaise

⅓cupchopped dill pickles, or more to taste

1tablespoonmustard

1tablespoonred wine vinegar

1teaspoonwhite sugar

½teaspoonsalt

¼teaspoonground black pepper

⅛teaspooncelery salt

1pinchgarlic powder, or to taste
Cooking Directions

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; add rotini and boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes.

While the pasta cooks, mix mayonnaise, pickles, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, celery salt, and garlic powder together in a bowl.

Drain noodles, then rinse under cold water until cold. Transfer to a large bowl. Stir in dressing until noodles are fully coated. Add additional pickle chunks to taste. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Tips
You can use whatever kind of pasta you have.
You can always put the noodles in the freezer for a couple of minutes to cool them faster.
