Cooking Directions

Place cucumbers in a colander and liberally sprinkle with salt. Set aside until water starts to release from cucumbers, about 15 minutes. Drain and rinse cucumbers.

Mix together cucumbers, onions, and green bell pepper in a serving bowl.

Make dressing: Whisk together sugar, vinegar, celery seed, and salt in a medium bowl until smooth.

Pour dressing over cucumber mixture; stir until evenly coated.
