Ingredients

  • 6eggs

  • ½(1 pound) loafsourdough bread, cubed

  • 1poundimitation crabmeat, flaked

  • 3stalkscelery, chopped

  • ½smallonion, chopped

  • 1cupmayonnaise

  • 2tablespoonssour cream

  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil. Cover, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel and chop.

  2. Trim crust from bread and dice into cubes.

  3. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, eggs, imitation crab meat, celery, onion, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Mix together well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
