Ingredients

  • cupchopped onion

  • cupchopped tomatoes

  • cupminced cilantro

  • 1smalljalapeño pepper, seeded and minced

  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together tuna, onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and jalapeño. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until serving.
