Ingredients

  • 2Granny Smith apples, cored and diced

  • 1Red Delicious apple, cored and diced

  • 1Asian pear, cored and cubed

  • 1stalkcelery, diced

  • ½cupsliced almonds

  • 1cupgolden raisins

  • 1cupseedless green grapes, halved

  • 1 ½cupssweetened dried cranberries

  • 1 ¼cupsplain yogurt

  • ¼cupwhite sugar

  • cupbrown sugar

  • ¾cupmayonnaise

  • 3tablespoonslemon juice

  • ½teaspoonground cinnamon

Cooking Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine apples, pear, celery, almonds, raisins, grapes, and cranberries. In a separate bowl, stir together yogurt, both sugars, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Pour dressing over fruit mixture and gently stir until evenly coated.
