Cooking Directions

Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually beat in confectioners’ sugar until fully incorporated. Add peach preserves and vanilla; beat until combined. Fold in whipped topping until evenly incorporated and smooth.

Pour 1/2 of the cream cheese mixture into each graham cracker crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate until set, at least 1 hour.
