Ingredients

  • 1(8 ounce) packagemedium pasta shells

  • 1(10 ounce) packagefrozen peas, thawed

  • 1cupdiced Cheddar cheese

  • ¼pounddeli ham, diced

  • ¼cupchopped onion

  • 3tablespoonsmayonnaise

  • 2tablespoonsvegetable oil

  • 1tablespoonlemon juice

  • ½teaspoonsalt

  • ¼teaspoonpepper

Cooking Directions

  1. Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Stir in the shell pasta and cook until tender but firm to the bite, 10 to 11 minutes; drain.

  2. Combine peas, Cheddar, ham, onion, mayonnaise, oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add cooked pasta and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
