Ingredients

  • 1poundspicy pork sausage

  • 1mediumonion, diced

  • ½(1.25 ounce) packagetaco seasoning mix

  • 1(10 ounce) candiced tomatoes and green chiles (such as RO*TEL®)

  • ½(8 ounce) cantomato sauce, or more to taste

  • 1(12 ounce) packagecorn tortillas, warmed

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef, sausage, and onion in the hot skillet until meat is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease. Stir in taco seasoning until meat is well coated. Add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce; simmer to heat through. Spoon filling onto tortillas.
