Ingredients

  • 2(15 ounce) cansgarbanzo beans, drained

  • 2cucumbers, halved lengthwise and sliced

  • 1(15 ounce) canblack olives, drained and chopped

  • 12cherry tomatoes, halved

  • ½red onion, chopped

  • ½cupItalian-style salad dressing

  • 2clovesgarlic, minced

  • ½lemon, juiced

  • 1ouncecrumbled feta cheese

  • ½teaspoongarlic salt

  • ½teaspoonground black pepper

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine beans, cucumbers, olives, tomatoes, red onion, salad dressing, garlic, lemon juice, feta cheese, garlic salt, and pepper in a large serving bowl. Toss together until well combined. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Serve chilled.
