Ingredients

  • 1(7 ounce) cansalmon, drained, flaked and bones removed

  • 1(8 ounce) packagecream cheese, softened

  • 1teaspoonprepared horseradish

  • 1tablespoonlemon juice

  • 2teaspoonsgrated onion

  • 1tablespoonchopped fresh parsley

  • ½cupchopped pecans (Optional)

Cooking Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together salmon, cream cheese, horseradish, lemon juice, and onion. Chill if necessary until firm enough to handle, then form into a ball. Roll in parsley and pecans if desired. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with assorted crackers.
