Ingredients

1(16 ounce) canspicy chili beans

1(10 ounce) candiced tomatoes and green chiles (such as RO*TEL® Mexican Lime & Cilantro)

1(8 ounce) packageshredded sharp Cheddar cheese

1(8 ounce) containersour cream

¼cupfinely chopped cilantro

3stalksgreen onions, thinly sliced

1mediumjalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped

¾teaspoonchili powder

½teaspoonkosher salt
Cooking Directions

Pour chili beans and diced tomatoes and green chiles into a strainer to drain; do not rinse. Transfer to a medium bowl.

Stir in Cheddar cheese, sour cream, cilantro, green onions, jalapeno, chili powder, and salt until combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight before serving.

Give it a stir before serving.
Cook’s Note:
Any flavor RO*TEL(R) will do, but the lime and cilantro flavor adds a nice zip!
