Ingredients

  • 1cupheavy whipping cream

  • 1(2.6 ounce) barmilk chocolate candy bar, chopped

  • 1(14 ounce) cansweetened condensed milk

  • 1cupdark rum

  • 4teaspoonsinstant coffee granules

  • ½teaspoonground cinnamon

  • ½teaspoonvanilla extract

  • ½teaspooncoconut extract

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat cream and chocolate in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula until chocolate is melted; remove from heat and cool.

  2. Blend together cooled chocolate mixture, condensed milk, rum, coffee granules, cinnamon, vanilla, and coconut extract in a blender on high speed until smooth.

Tips

You can substitute half-and-half for heavy whipping cream.
