Cooking Directions

Combine almond milk, banana, dark chocolate, and protein powder in a blender; blend until smooth.
Homemade Almond Milk:
Combine 2 cups water and 1 cup raw almonds in a bowl; soak for 8 hours. Transfer almonds and water to a blender and blend until pasty. Pour mixture through a cheesecloth-lined strainer into a bowl, squeezing excess liquid out of the almond meal. The remaining almond meal can be used in baking after it has been dried out a bit.
