Ingredients

  • 1cuppacked brown sugar

  • 1tablespoonall-purpose flour

  • 5largeGranny Smith apples – peeled, cored and thinly sliced

  • 1cupfrozen raspberries, thawed

  • ½cupold-fashioned oats

  • ½cupall-purpose flour

  • 1 ½teaspoonsground cinnamon

  • ¼teaspoonsalt

  • 6tablespoonsbutter, melted

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9×9-inch square baking dish.

  2. Mix brown sugar and 1 tablespoon flour in a large bowl. Add sliced apples and raspberries; toss to coat. Spoon into the prepared baking dish.

  3. Mix together oats, 1/2 cup flour, cinnamon, and salt in a medium bowl. Stir in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apple mixture.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven until topping is lightly browned, 50 to 55 minutes. Serve warm.
