Ingredients

  • ¼cupbutter

  • 6mediumzucchini, sliced

  • 2largetomatoes, cut into chunks

  • 1largeonion, sliced

  • 4slicescooked bacon

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • ¼cupwater

  • 1cupbread crumbs

  • 1teaspoonsoy sauce

  • 1cupshredded Cheddar cheese

  • ½grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Directions
