Ingredients

  • ¼cupmayonnaise

  • 2teaspoonscrumbled cotija cheese

  • 1teaspoonlime juice

  • ¼teaspoonchili powder

  • 2earscorn, shucked and halved

  • 4sprigsfresh cilantro, or to taste (Optional)

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Mix mayonnaise, cotija cheese, lime juice, and chili powder in a shallow dish.

  3. Roll each piece of corn in the mayonnaise mixture until all sides are covered.

  4. Place all 4 pieces of the corn in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 8 minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
