Ingredients

  • 2cupspumpkin puree

  • 1cupevaporated milk

  • 1cupwhite sugar

  • ½cupself-rising flour

  • 2eggs

  • 1teaspoonvanilla extract

  • ½cupbutter

  • 2pinchesground cinnamon

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla, melted butter, and ground cinnamon to taste. Spoon into a casserole dish.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
