Ingredients

  • 6russet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks

  • 1cupvegetable broth

  • 1teaspoondried thyme

  • 1teaspoondried rosemary

  • 1teaspoondried oregano

  • 1teaspoondried basil

  • 1teaspoononion powder

  • 1teaspoondried parsley

  • 1teaspoondried sage

  • 1teaspoonminced garlic

Cooking Directions

  1. Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and let steam dry for a minute or two; return to the pot.

  2. Pour vegetable broth, thyme, rosemary, oregano, basil, onion powder, parsley, sage, and garlic over potatoes; mash with a potato masher.
