Ingredients

  • 2poundsground beef

  • 4(14.5 ounce) canskidney beans

  • 4(15 ounce) cansdiced tomatoes

  • 1(12 fluid ounce) bottlebeer

  • 1(12 ounce) bottletomato-based chili sauce

  • 1largewhite onion, chopped

  • 6clovesgarlic, minced

  • 2tablespoonschili seasoning

  • 1teaspoonblack pepper

  • ½teaspoongarlic powder

  • ½teaspoononion powder

  • ½teaspooncayenne pepper

  • ½teaspoonoregano

  • ¼cupsugar

  • 1teaspoonhot sauce

  • 1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce

Cooking Directions

  1. Place ground beef in a large pot and cook over medium heat until evenly brown. Drain off excess fat.

  2. Mix in kidney beans, diced tomatoes, beer, chili sauce, onion, garlic, chili seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, onion, cayenne pepper, oregano, sugar, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
