Ingredients

  • PAM® Grilling Spray

  • ½cupLa Choy® Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce and Marinade

  • 2tablespoonsLa Choy® Soy Sauce

  • 1poundboneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces

  • 1mediumzucchini, halved lengthwise, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices

  • 1cupcherry tomatoes

  • ½mediumred onion, cut into 1-inch pieces

  • 8(6 inch)bamboo skewers

  • 2(8.5 ounce) packagesBen’s Original Ready Rice Jasmine

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grease the grate with cooking spray.

  2. Combine teriyaki sauce and soy sauce in a small bowl; set aside.

  3. Thread pieces of chicken, zucchini, tomatoes, and onion on each skewer.

  4. Cook on the preheated grill for 5 minutes; turn over and brush with sauce mixture. Continue grilling until chicken is no longer pink in the center and vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes more. Turn again and brush with remaining sauce; grill until sauce is hot, being careful not to burn.

  5. Heat rice according to package directions. Serve kabobs with rice.
