Ingredients

  • 4skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

  • ¼cupprepared Dijon mustard mayonnaise blend

  • ¼cupolive oil

  • 1tablespoonfresh lemon juice

  • 1teaspoonlemon pepper

  • 1teaspoonsalt

  • 1teaspoonchicken bouillon granules

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Place chicken in a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  3. Mix mustard-mayonnaise blend, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper, salt, and bouillon in a bowl; pour over chicken in the baking dish.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear, about 30 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
