Ingredients

  • 2(28 ounce) cansdiced tomatoes, undrained

  • 2(28 ounce) canscrushed tomatoes, undrained

  • 4(6.5 ounce) cansminced clams, undrained

  • 2tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce

  • 1tablespoondried oregano

  • 1tablespoondried basil

  • ½teaspoononion powder

  • 3dropshot pepper sauce

  • 8potatoes, cubed

  • 7carrots, sliced

  • 1red bell pepper, chopped

  • 1green bell pepper, chopped

  • 1stalkcelery, diced

  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, and clams together with juices in a large stockpot over medium heat. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, oregano, basil, onion powder, and hot pepper sauce. Simmer for 30 minutes.

  2. Stir in potatoes, carrots, bell peppers, and celery. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 2 to 3 hours. Season with salt and pepper.
