1 ½cupsuncooked instant rice

1(6 ounce) canblack olives, drained and chopped

1cupshredded Cheddar cheese

1cupsour cream
Cooking Directions

Place chicken broth, tomato sauce, and taco seasoning into a large pot; bring to a boil.

Stir rice into the pot, cover, and remove from heat. Let the pot stand, covered, for 5 minutes.

Stir in olives and cheese; mix well. Serve with sour cream.
