Ingredients

  • 1whole chicken, cut into 6 pieces

  • 1cupmayonnaise

  • 2clovesgarlic, crushed

  • 1tablespoonfinely chopped fresh rosemary

  • 1teaspoonsalt

  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

  • ½cupgrated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Place chicken pieces into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Stir together mayonnaise, garlic, rosemary, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Spread mayonnaise mixture over chicken; top with Parmesan cheese.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 1 hour and 10 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
