Ingredients

  • ¼cupbutter, melted

  • 3tablespoonsDijon mustard

  • 1 ½tablespoonshoney

  • ¼cupdry bread crumbs

  • ¼cupfinely chopped pecans

  • 4teaspoonschopped fresh parsley

  • 4(4 ounce) filletssalmon

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1lemon, for garnish

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Stir together butter, mustard, and honey in a small bowl. Set aside.
