Ingredients

  • 1poundground turkey

  • ½cupItalian bread crumbs

  • ¼cupthinly sliced baby spinach

  • 1largeegg

  • 2tablespoonsonion powder

  • 2tablespoonsgarlic powder

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

  2. Mix turkey, bread crumbs, spinach, egg, onion powder, and garlic powder together in a bowl until well combined. Roll mixture into eight palm-sized meatballs and place 2 inches apart on a baking sheet.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the outside is browned, 15 to 20 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
