Ingredients

  • 4skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

  • ¼cupmelted butter

  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

  • 2clovesgarlic, minced

  • 1(10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup

  • ½cupchicken broth

  • 1(8 ounce) packagecream cheese, cut into cubes

  • 3chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced

  • 1tablespoonadobo sauce from chipotle peppers

Cooking Directions

  1. Place chicken breasts into a slow cooker, brush with butter, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Pour in condensed soup and chicken broth. Add cream cheese, chipotle peppers, and adobo sauce. Stir the mixture gently.

  2. Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours.
