Spice Up Your Dishes with Gochujang Sauce!

I use this gochujang sauce in many of the Asian dishes I make. It’s also fantastic on wings instead of traditional Buffalo wing sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2tablespoonsgochujang (Korean chile paste)

  • 2tablespoonsdiagonally sliced green onions

  • 1tablespoonsoy sauce

  • 1tablespoonrice vinegar

  • 2clovesgarlic, minced

  • 2teaspoonstoasted sesame seeds

  • 2teaspoonswhite sugar

  • 2teaspoonsgrated ginger

  • 1teaspoonsesame oil

Cooking Directions

  1. Whisk chile paste, green onions, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, sesame seeds, sugar, ginger, and sesame oil together in a bowl until smooth.
