Cooking Directions

Whisk together vinegar and mustard in a small bowl. Whisk in shallot, garlic, cumin, and pepper flakes.

Drizzle in olive oil, whisking constantly, until fully incorporated. Continue to whisk for 1 to 2 more minutes. Season with salt and black pepper. Let sit for 10 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
