Ingredients

  • 2cupslime cordial

  • 2cupsclub soda

  • 4slices lime

Cooking Directions

  1. Reserve four mint leaves for garnish. Combine remaining mint leaves and lime cordial in a blender; process until mint is finely ground. Stir in club soda. Serve in tall glasses over ice, garnished with lime slices and reserved mint leaves.
