Ingredients

  • ½cupsoy sauce

  • 2tablespoonsjarred minced garlic

  • 1teaspoonground black pepper

  • 1pound(1 inch thick) boneless pork chops

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix together soy sauce, garlic, and pepper in a large resealable bag. Place pork chops into the bag and squeeze out most of the air; seal. Marinate in the refrigerator for 12 hours, turning the bag over halfway through.

  2. Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven’s broiler.

  3. Place pork chops onto a broiling pan; discard marinade.

  4. Cook pork chops under the preheated broiler until no longer pink in the center and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C), about 5 minutes per side. Time will vary depending on the thickness of your chops.
