Ingredients

  • ¼cupsteel-cut oats

  • 1(8 ounce) containerplain yogurt

  • 2ouncesfresh blueberries

  • ½ouncestevia powder (such as Pure Via®)

  • 4 ½ouncescoconut milk

Cooking Directions

  1. Place oats into the bottom of a 1-pint Mason jar. Stir in yogurt, blueberries, and stevia powder. Pour in coconut milk and stir to combine.

  2. Cover the jar and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight.

Tips

Five packets of stevia powder are equal to about 1/2 ounce.
