Ingredients

  • 4ouncescream cheese

  • ¼cupbutter, softened

  • 1cupconfectioners’ sugar

  • 2tablespoonslemon juice

  • 2 ¼cupsconfectioners’ sugar

  • 4dropsyellow food coloring

Cooking Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese and butter in a bowl until combined. Beat in powdered sugar and lemon juice.

  2. Beat in 2-1/4 to 2-1/2 cups more of powdered sugar until frosting is of spreading consistency. Stir in a few drops of yellow food coloring.
