Ingredients

  • 2(3 ounce) packageschicken-flavored ramen noodles, broken into pieces, seasoning packets reserved

  • ½cupraw sunflower seeds

  • ½cupslivered almonds

  • 1(16 ounce) packagecoleslaw mix

  • 3green onions, chopped

  • ½cupolive oil

  • 3tablespoonswhite vinegar

  • 1tablespoonwhite sugar

  • ½teaspoonground black pepper

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Spread ramen noodles, sunflower seeds, and almonds onto a baking sheet.

  3. Bake noodle mixture in the preheated oven until fragrant and toasted, 10 to 15 minutes. Set aside to cool to room temperature.

  4. Combine coleslaw mix and green onions in a large bowl; sprinkle cooled noodle mixture over the top.
